In cases where your purchase incurs recurring charges, you consent to automatic billing on a recurring basis without requiring further approval for each transaction, until you decide to cancel your subscription or service.

Should any errors or inaccuracies in pricing be identified, even after payment has been requested or received, we reserve the right to rectify such discrepancies. Furthermore, we retain the right to decline any order placed through the site. 

Renewal

Unless you provide us with notice of cancellation before the end of your current subscription period, your subscription will be automatically renewed. By opting for automatic renewal, you authorize us to collect the applicable annual or monthly subscription fee, including any applicable taxes, using any credit card or payment method we have on record for you.

Free trial

New users who register with the site are eligible for a 7-day free trial. After the free trial period ends, access to the website will be restricted unless you subscribe to one of our pricing plans.

Cancellation

Monthly Purchases: All monthly purchases are non-refundable.

Annual Plans: If you have subscribed to one of our annual plans, you may be eligible for a refund within 24 hours after we receive your payment.

You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you can email us at support@riffic.io, or you can do it yourself by going to your control panel, opening the Billing tab, and selecting the "Cancel Subscription" option.

3.4 Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid term.

Additional Services

Please note that certain additional services, including the LinkedIn profile makeover service, offered by our team are non-refundable.

Software Aggreement

Software Accompanied by End User License Agreement (EULA)

In connection with our services, we may provide software that is accompanied by an End User License Agreement (EULA). If such software includes a separate EULA, the terms specified in the EULA will govern your use of the software.

Software Not Accompanied by EULA

In instances where the software provided is not accompanied by a separate EULA, we grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, and non-transferable license to use the software solely in connection with our services and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Any software and related documentation provided to you are provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not make any representations or warranties regarding the software, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Restrictions on Software Usage
